1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Live plants must be returned in their original condition at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Live plants once delivered in healthy condition.
Products damaged due to improper care, misuse, or negligence.

Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange

Provide clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Step 2: Approval & Shipping
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

After receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
Approved exchanges will be processed immediately, and refunds will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 1 day with photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations
